You can expect a multifaceted role at the intersection of our clients and various internal departments. You’ll actively contribute your experience, take responsibility for the day-to-day management of selected clients, and work with the team to further develop our sales administration.

Job description

Your tasks and responsibilities

You handle customer orders from start to finish
You’ll handle customer inquiries and keep track of contractual agreements
You will provide operational support and coordination for selected clients
Customer requests, quotes, price calculations, and delivery schedules are all part of your daily routine
You will be responsible for customs matters and preferential tariff calculations
You’ll work closely with production planning, purchasing, logistics, and customer service
Supporting our vocational training students is also part of this
You actively drive continuous improvements and efficiency gains
You will ensure that invoices are issued on time for monthly and annual financial statements.

Your profile

You are reliable, open-minded, and thoughtful. You enjoy interacting with customers and working as part of a team. You take an entrepreneurial approach and are happy to roll up your sleeves and get to work. Even in challenging situations, you remain calm and keep a clear head.

Several years of experience in a similar position; experience in the medtech industry is a plus
Experience in providing operational support to customers
Business apprenticeship, continuing education in international trade, or a comparable qualification
In-depth knowledge of customs and export procedures, preferential tariff calculations, and Incoterms, as well as experience with ERP systems (ideally Abacus)
A solution- and quality-oriented approach to work, with a high degree of personal responsibility and dedication
Forward-thinking and well-organized, with a keen eye for details and numbers
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
